Satan/Devil is considered a fallen angel because of his rebellion against God. According to religious texts and traditions, Satan was originally an angel who became prideful and sought to exalt himself above God. This led to his expulsion from heaven and his transformation into the embodiment of evil. The concept of Satan as a fallen angel serves as a cautionary tale about the consequences of pride and disobedience. **

In Judaism, the devil is not considered an angel. In fact, the concept of the devil as a fallen angel is not a part of traditional Jewish belief. Instead, Judaism teaches that the devil, or Satan, is a tempter and accuser, but not a fallen angel. The idea of the devil as a fallen angel is more commonly found in Christian theology. **

Angel costumes typically feature white flowing robes, often with a halo and wings to complete the heavenly look. Devil costumes, on the other hand, usually consist of red and black clothing, with horned headpieces and a pitchfork to create a more sinister appearance. Both costumes are popular choices for Halloween and costume parties, with the angel representing purity and goodness, and the devil representing temptation and mischief. **

For a devil costume, hairstyles that exude a sense of edginess and boldness would be suitable, such as sleek, straight hair with a deep side part, or voluminous curls with a teased crown. These styles can complement the fiery and daring nature of the devil character. On the other hand, for an angel costume, hairstyles that convey a sense of softness and innocence would be fitting, such as loose waves, a half-up half-down style with soft curls, or a simple low bun with wispy tendrils. These styles can enhance the ethereal and gentle qualities of the angel character. **

The angel serves as a reminder of the importance of making moral choices and resisting temptation, while the devil represents the darker impulses and temptations that can lead people astray.
